/KASE, May 31, 2017/ – Estate Management Company (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "by the ruling of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of the Atyrau region dated May 24, 2017 for the litigation between the Entrepreneur Mukanov Kuanysh Yusupovich (plaintiff) and Estate Management Company (defendant), the Estate Management Company’ claim was granted about the cancellation of the enforcement measures. Consequently, the above ruling lifted the seizure of the property of Estate Management Company within the amount of the claim being KZT5,635,471".
