Bonds KZP01Y07F486 (KZ2P00003874, FATNb1) of Company Faeton underwent listing on KASE as "other debt securities"

/KASE, April 27, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of April 27, 2017, bonds KZP01Y07F486 (KZ2P00003874; KZT1,000, KZT4.5 bn; 7 years; semi-annual coupon 13.50 % p.a.; 30/360) of Company Faeton (Almaty) were included in KASE official list's category "other debt securities". The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced as soon as the said issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced. This bond issue is the first one under the first bond program of Company Faeton, registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 17, 2017 to the total amount of KZT7.5 bn, and the first issue of the issuer's bonds, which underwent listing on KASE. Centras Securities (Almaty) is the financial advisor and the representative of the bondholders of Company Faeton. The main business of Company Faeton is the lease and operation of its own or leased real estate. Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) FATNb1.
