The president of kazakhstan announced about necessity to accumulate money for the case of critical situations

/IRBIS, Oct 24, 01/ - Nursultan Nazarbaev, the President of Kazakhstan,
announced about necessity to accumulate money to support population in
the case of critical situations.
As it's informed by correspondent of CAN, making speech today on opening
of the Assembly of Kazakhstan nations, Nazarbaev noted that last time
prices fro oil, gas and metal at international markets are not stable.
Unfortunately, world economy reacts to that happens now in American
continent and European Union, consumption decreases and people live
waiting for consequences of antiterrorist action, he said. In connection with
this as the President said, the government and heads of administrations are
given instructions "to react adequately to everything that happens".
"Considering budget of next year we should work so that to be able to
accumulate means for the case of extraordinary situations, in order our
people will not touch it", the President underlined. As Nazarbaev declared,
"due to reforms we began to improve lives of all levels of population, but we
are doing almost everything possible to accumulate money and support
people".
