/KASE, March 2, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) (KASE or the Exchange) the terms of subscription to ordinary shares KZ1C59680013 (KZ1C00001015, KASE official list, second category, BAST) of BAST (East-Kazakhstan region) were extended until March 3, 2017 inclusive. This decision was taken by KASE Management Board based on item 7 of article 2 of the Rules of conducting subscription to securities ("> due to receipt by the Exchange of an official letter from Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty), acting as a seller (Seller) during subscription to the mentioned shares, asking to move the buyer order acceptance end date from March 2 to 3, 2017. According to the said letter the date of providing the Seller with the registry of orders accepted by the Exchange – March 6, 2017; date of providing the Exchange with the registry of orders executed by the Seller – March 7, 2017; end date of settlements – March 9, 2017. Number of shares being offered – 36,886 pieces. The offering price of said shares is KZT30,500 per share. The code of the security during the subscription – BAST. During the subscription only limited orders submitted to KASE trading system by the closed method, will be accepted. As previously reported, the seller has specified additional criteria, according to which he will independently conduct a check during the generation of the registry of executed orders and at conclusion of agreements for purchase of securities: - the minimum amount of an order must not be less than KZT32,025,000; - the seller must agree with the restriction of the right to sell the entire volume of shares purchased during the subscription within 180 days from the day of purchase of shares by subscription.
