Kcell Board of Directors approves loan agreement with Eurasian Development Bank

/KASE, December 22, 2016/ – Kcell (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a message stating that "its Board of Directors has approved to enter into a credit agreement between Kcell JSC and Eurasian Development Bank (EDB). The agreement is to establish and further utilize a credit line of KZT 26 billion. It has a tenor of 18 months with a possibility to extend it to a further 18 month-period at maturity on the terms of the abovementioned agreement." [2016-12-22]
