EGM of Karazhyra shareholders scheduled for December 26, 2016

/KASE, November 24, 2016/ – Karazhyra (East Kazakhstan region, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of the company's shareholders will begin on December 26, 2016 at 10:00 o'clock, with the sole issue on the agenda being the issue of choosing an auditor. Said meeting will be held at 93 Boranbai Bi str., conference hall, Semei. Participants of said meeting will be registered as of 9:00 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participating in said meeting will be drawn up as of December 5, 2016. In case of no quorum a repeated meeting of the company's shareholders will be held on December 27, 2016 at the same time at the above address.
