KazTransOil capital investments exceeded planned volume by 6%

/IRBIS, July 04, 01/ - NOTC KazaTransOil CJSC reported its figures over capital investments for January-June 2001 showing their 106% excess over the planned volume. Capital investments reached KZT2,851,419 th., of which KZT1,426,499 th. were invested in Aktobe, Eastern and Western branches of the company. According to information, KazTransOil put in force various infrastructure facilities including reinforced concrete platform, rail-roads, central repair facility, networking, etc. The company's press-release stated that amount of capital repair works, KZT1,777,243 th. More than 60% of repair work fell on Western branch. The plan over capital repair was executed on 112%. Presently, the first emission (KZ73LAONAA35, trade code KZTOb; 23.10.00 - 23.10.03; $100; $30m; semi annual coupon 9.0% APR, current market rate 9.26% APR) domestic bonds of KazTransOil CJSC are being traded at the stock exchange under category "A" of the official listing. Today, KazTransOil successfully completed floatation of first issue euronotes on international market in London. The emission volume is $150m, maturity term - 2006. This is the first Kazakhstan non-banking entity to float euronotes. The offering yield equaled 8.67%, coupon rate 8.50%.
