/KASE, October 18, 2016/ – AK Altynalmas (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of its having been brought to administrative responsibility following decisions of Karagandy region's Ecology Department of the Committee on Ecologic Regulation and Control of Kazakhstan's Ministry of Energy dated October 14 and 17, 2016 according to articles 332 and 328 and part 1 of article 324 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code.
