/KASE, October 14, 2016/ – KazAgroFinance (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE the
following information message:

In Almatinskaya oblast a new large dairy farm “Medeu Kommerts” LLP for
maintaining 780 head of cattle has been commissioned. After reaching the
designed capacity they expect to produce 6000 thous. litre of milk per year.
Today, Kazakhstan produces milk insufficient for meeting the domestic market
needs. The solution of the problem is to develop the commercial milk production
by means of creation of large dairy farms constructed according to the advanced
technologies: large quantity of heavy milking pedigree stock, loose housing and
commercial milk production. Only such an approach will allow evenly producing
the milk during the year. The creation of such farms is promoted by
KazAgroFinance JSC by providing the financing on the affordable terms.
