/KASE, June 29, 2016/ – KazAgroFinance (Astana), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following
press-release:

KazAgroFinance, subsidiary of National holding KazAgro, signed a mutual loan
agreement with ROSEXIMBANK on funding to the amount of RUR716 mln from
the Russian partner for a term of 7 years. 115 units of high-tech agricultural
equipment from Rostselmash combine plant are supposed to be purchased for
the further leasing to Kazakh agrarians.
