However, a source from the Prime Minister's office says the two companies do plan to create a joint vertically integrated organization in the oil and gas transport sector. This would lead to a more efficient use of Kazakhstan's oil and gas transport opportunities, material resources and funds of the companies when designing and constructing new pipes, and ensure transparency of financial flows.
