/IRBIS, March 20, 01/ - On March 15, 2001 by the resolution of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) Directorate Bayan-Sulu OJSC (Kostanai) and Astana-finance OJSC (Astana) were assigned people's open joint stock company.

Common inscribed shares of Bayan-Sulu OJSC (NIN - KZ1C24121211, trade code - BSUL) and Astana-finance OJSC (NIN - KZ1C37671418, trade code - ASFI) were entered into official list of the KASE under category "B".
