On April 12, 2016 addendum No. 1 was concluded to agreement on foreign participants' funding of the Kazakh share of expenditures between National company KazMunayGaz, ConocoPhillips N Block B.V., MDK (Oil & Gas N Block Kazakhstan) GmbH with regard to the Contract (edited, with amendments) for exploration and production of hydrocarbons in field H, located in the Kazakh part of the Caspian sea, dated June 11, 2009.
