/KASE, April 7, 2016/ – As previously reported, on April 4, 2016 the Management
Board of KASE put ordinary shares RU000A0JKQU8 of Magnit PJSC
(Krasnodar, Russia) on KASE official list in the second category.
This decision of the Management Board came into force on April 7, 2016 as
Freedom Finance JSC, the shares admission initiator, fulfilled the terms set in
clause 1 of Article 18 of KASE "Listing Rules".
The trading opening date will follow at a later date.
The registrar of Magnit PJSC is United Registrar Company JSC (Moscow,
Russia).
The assigned ticker is RU_MGNT.
The core business activities of Magnit PJSC involve wholesale and retail trade.
