/KASE, April 7, 2016/ – As previously reported, on April 4, 2016 the Management
Board of KASE put ordinary shares RU0008943394 of Rostelecom PJSC
(Moscow, Russia) on KASE official list in the second category.
This decision of the Management Board came into force on April 7, 2016 as
Freedom Finance JSC, the shares admission initiator, fulfilled the terms set in
clause 1 of Article 18 of KASE "Listing Rules".
The trading opening date will follow at a later date.
The registrar of Rostelecom PJSC is United Registrar Company JSC (Moscow,
Russia).
The assigned ticker is RU_RTKM.
The core business activities of Rostelecom PJSC involve the long-distance and
international telephone services, assignment of communication channels.
