/KASE, April 7, 2016/ – As previously reported, on April 4, 2016 the Management
Board of KASE put ordinary shares RU0007661302 of Uralkali PJSC
(Berezniki, Perm Krai, Russia) on KASE official list in the second category.
This decision of the Management Board came into force on April 7, 2016 as
Freedom Finance JSC, the shares admission initiator, fulfilled the terms set in
clause 1 of Article 18 of KASE "Listing Rules".
The trading opening date will follow at a later date.
The registrar of Uralkali PJSC is Independent Registrar Company JSC (Moscow,
Russia).
The assigned ticker is RU_URKA.
The core business activities of Uralkali PJSC involve production of potash-
magnesium and rock salt, enrichment, processing and marketing thereof, as well
as the production of potash fertilizers and other basic chemical products.
