/KASE, April 7, 2016/ – As previously reported, on April 4, 2016 the Management
Board of KASE put ordinary shares RU0007661625 of Gazprom PJSC
(Moscow, Russia) on KASE official list in the second category.
This decision of the Management Board came into force on April 7, 2016 as
Freedom Finance JSC, the shares admission initiator, fulfilled the terms set in
clause 1 of Article 18 of KASE "Listing Rules".
The trading opening date will follow at a later date.
The registrar of Gazprom PJSC is Specialized Registrar – Register-Keeper for
Gas Industry Shareholders CJSC (Moscow, Russia).
The assigned ticker is RU_GAZP.
The core business activities of Gazprom PJSC involve the exploration,
production, transportation, storage, processing and sale of gas, gas condensate
and oil, as well as the production and sale of electrical and thermal energy.
