/KASE, March 17, 16/ – SAT & Company JSC (Almaty), securities of which are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a
copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated March 11, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the
report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y09E287 (KZ2C00001832, KASE official
list, category "other debt securities", SATCb2) of SAT & Company JSC for the
period from August 3, 2015 to February 2, 2016.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review; as of February 2, 2016 48,144,120 bonds remained unplaced.
