/KASE, February 25, 16/ – National managing holding "KazAgro" JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with an information statement saying that "Joint Stock Company
"KazAgro" National Management Holding (the "Issuer") announces a consent
solicitation in relation to two series of outstanding notes issued under its
U.S.$2,000,000,000 Debt Issuance Programme".
