/KASE, February 19, 16/ – Subsidiary organization of joint-stock company BTA Bank "BTA Ipoteka" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a certificate on state re-registration of a legal entity of January 29, 2016, in accordance with which its new name is Joint-stock company "Investment Astana Group".

According to the said document, the location of Investment Astana Group JSC: Dostyk 85-A, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.
