letter informed KASE of the following:

February 15, 2016 of the Company's creditworthiness rating and reliability
rating of its bonds. Rating agency "Expert RA Kazakhstan" LLP confirmed
creditworthiness rating of the Company at the level of B (satisfactory level of
creditworthiness) and reliability rating of the bond issue (NIN - KZ2S0Y14S822)
at the level of B (satisfactory level of reliability).
