/KASE, January 11, 16/ – Kazinvestbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated December 30, 2015, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP02Y03D785
(KZ2C00003184, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", KIBNb6) of
Kazinvestbank JSC for the period from May 19 to November 18, 2015.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of November 19, 2015, 50,000,000 of the said bonds remained unplaced.
