NSC of Kazakhstan recalled the broker-dealer license of Progress- Capital OJSC (Kazakhstan)

/IRBIS, Jan 29, 01/ - Public relations department of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) informed that by the resolution #759 of the NSC Directorate, dated January 25, 2001, the license #20030138, issued on Jan.08, 1998 to PROGRESS-CAPITAL OJSC (Almaty) to conduct brokerage and dealing activities on the stock market with the right to handle client accounts as a nominal holder, was recalled. The reason for withdrawal is the company's failure to submit documents needed to renew the license and expiration term of the previous suspension according to the NSC decision #617 dated May 29, 2000.
