Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Kazakhstan) paid second coupon on its first issue bonds

/IRBIS, Dec 20, 01/ - On December 19, 2001 Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty) informed the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that on this day the company paid the second coupon on its first issue inscribed coupon bonds (KZ75KARGCA53; official list of KASE securities of category "А";
trade code CCBNb1; Dec 16.00 - Dec 17.05; $100; $4.5m; semiannual coupon at 12.0% APR).

The payment is made in strict compliance with the servicing schedule of the debt. The payment amount has accounted for KZT40,637,700.00.

By the issue terms, coupon for these bonds is paid twice per year - on June 16 and December 16. The register is maintained by Center DAR LLP (Almaty, license # 20050001 of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan, dated Nov 28, 96). All settlements related to the bonds are made in tenge at KZT/USD exchange rate of the National Bank of Kazakhstan effective on payment date. The coupon is paid using 360/30 time base (360 days in a year, 30 days in a month) to those, who bought the bonds not later than 30 days prior to the payment date. The bonds are repaid at face value with simultaneous payment of the last coupon by transferring money to the accounts of bondholders who are registered in the register 10 days prior to the maturity date.
