Samruk-Energy held administratively liable

/KASE, November 23, 15/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of being brought by the decision of the National Bank of Kazakhstan of November 17, 2015 to the administrative liability for "failure to comply with the obligation to disclose information about amendments and additions to the bond issue prospectus, the responsibility for which is provided for in Article 263 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses".
