Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna imposed administrative penalty

/KASE, November 23, 15/ – Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of being brought by the decision of the central branch of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 18, 2015 "to administrative liability under part 1 of article 244 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses and imposed an administrative penalty in the form of a warning".
