NSC of Kazakhstan has conducted a state registration of RG BRANDS LLP bonds of the second issue

/IRBIS, Jan 09, 01/ - On January 05, 2001 the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) has conducted state registration of the second issue of inscribed coupon bonds of RG BRANDS LLP (Almaty), which were registered by the Justice Department of Almaty on June 22, 1998. Total issue volume equals 4.0 mln U.S. dollars and contains 40 th. bonds with $100 at face value, with the national identification number of KZ72KAT51A39. The bonds are issued in non-documentary form. Announced authorized capital of the issuer on the date of registration is KZT705.0 mln. The issue has been entered into the State securities register under the number A29. Presently, RG BRANDS LLP is undergoing the listing procedure at the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) in order to submit bonds into category "A" of the official list of KASE securities. The bonds of the RG BRANDS of first issue (KZ29KABK7A06) have been floated and traded at KASE in "Non-listing securities sector" at the first admission level (trade code - RGBRb). All issue volume was divided on two portions, which were fully redeemed.
