/KASE, November 16, 15/ – BAST JSC (East Kazakhstan region, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of November 5, 2015 on approval of the report on results of placement of shares of the company.

According to the provided letter:

• National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) approved the report on results of offering of the company shares in the period from January 31 to July 30, 2015;
• As of July 30, 2015 202,951 ordinary shares of the company were placed, its share capital was equal to KZT461,251,546.00.
