/IRBIS, Jan.5, 01/ - The Ministry of Finance ended the first calendar week of the year 2001 (January 1 - 7) on the primary market of GB with following results. With total repayment amount of KZT237.5 mln (including coupon payments on indexed by the inflation MEIKAM-18 of the first issue) the issuer raised KZT161.0 mln at one auction. Resulting weekly balance of the Ministry of Finance's net borrowing is negative KZT76.5 mln.
