NSC of Kazakhstan has conducted a state registration of the first issue of Bank CenterCredit OJSC bonds
/IRBIS, Dec.14, 00/ - On December 12, 2000 the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) has conducted state registration of the first issue of inscribed coupon bonds of Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty), which were registered with the Agency for the registration of real estate and legal entities under the Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan on June 30, 1998.
Total issue volume equals 4.5 mln U.S. dollars and contains 45 th. bonds with 100 U.S. dollar face value, with the national identification number of KZ75KARGCA53. The bonds are issued in non-documentary form. Announced authorized capital of the issuer is KZT2,063,339.0 th. as of the registration date.
The issue has been entered into the State securities register under the number A27.
Presently, Bank CenterCredit OJSC is undergoing the listing procedure at the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) in order their registered bonds to be entered into official list of the KASE securities under category "A".
The bank shares (KZ1C36280419, trade code CCBN) are traded within "A" listing at the KASE from June 29, 99.
