/KASE, July 28, 15/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that on
July 23, 2015 the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan registered
amendments and an addition No. 12 to the issue prospectus of KASE shares
(Prospectus).
The said amendments were made due to early termination on July 1, 2015 of
powers of M. Kabashev as the Chairman of the Management Board of KASE and
the election of Yeszhan Birtanov as the Chairman of the Management Board of
KASE (Minutes of the extraordinary meeting of July 1, 2015, No. 15).
