/KASE, July 16, 15/ – Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC (Almaty region, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of July 3, 2015 on approval of a report on placement results of shares of the Company.

According to the letter provided:

• National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has approved a report on offering results of shares of Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC in the period from July 12, 2014 to January 11, 2015;
• no shares of the bank were offered in the period under review; as of January 12, 2015, 2,092 of the ordinary shares and 2,186,917 of preferred shares of the Company remained unplaced; its authorized capital is fixed at KZT42,260,997,000.00
