NSC registered issues of Valut-Transit Bank OJSC and Bank CaspianOJSC shares

/IRBIS, Sep 21, 00/ - On Sep 20, National Securities Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NSC) officially registered the issues of following securities: - seventh emission of VALUT-TRANSIT BANK OJSC shares (Karaganda, official list of KASE securities, category "B") for a total of KZT300 mln; - third emission of BANK CASPIAN (Almaty, KASE member in categories "B", "K", "P") for a total of KZT840 mln.
