Bonds KZP01Y07D943 (KZ2P00003254, EKAIb1) of SFK EKA-Invest underwent listing on KASE in other debt securities category

/KASE, June 11, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of June 10, 2015, bonds KZP01Y07D943 (KZ2P00003254; KZT1,000, KZT51.0 mln; 7 years, fixed annual coupon 7.5 % APR, 30/360) of SFK EKA-Invest LLP (Almaty) were included in the "other debt securities" category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the named issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The mentioned bonds issue is the first one under the first bond program of SFK EKA-Invest LLP registered by the National bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on April 27, 2015 to the total amount of KZT1.0 bn, and the first issue of "internal" bonds of the said user which underwent listing on KASE. Eurasian Capital JSC (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of SFK EKA-Invest LLP. Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) EKAIb1. Main activities of SFK EKA-Invest LLP include project financing transactions and securitization.
