The Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan plans to offer MEKKAM-3 and MEKKAM-12 on July 24 and 25

/IRBIS, July 25, 00/ -The Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan has planned to conduct two issues of SS on the first half of the next week: MEKKAM-3 and MEKKAM-12. MEKKAM-3 offering auction (issue #269) will be held on July 24. The payment date is July 27. Maturity date - Oct. 10, 00. Circulation term - 91 days. Planned issue volume - KZT300 mln. MEKKAM-12 offering auction (issue #59) will be held on July 25. The payment date is July 27. Maturity date - July 26, 01. Planned issue volume - KZT300 mln. Restriction for noncompetitive applications for these issues - 50%. In the next week (July 24 - 30) the repayment volume of domestic SS of the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan is estimated at KZT3,534.9 mln at current exchange rate. Total repayment volume of domestic SS from July 24 through 30 (including the National Bank notes and the bonds of Mangistau region) is estimated at KZT5,955.3 mln at current exchange rate. The Ministry of finance does not exclude a possibility of conducting other SS offerings in the second half of the next week. The appropriate information will be given in this case.
