It is enough to say that previous two issues of MEOKAM were cancelled due to high return asked by the primary dealers and their clients. Upon the offering of this issue significant increase in demand was noticed, which might mean that the Ministry of finance has a "constant client", who buys MEOKAM, and who appeared on the market again after a shot break.
