/KASE, February 23, 15/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on February 19, 2015 international rating agency Standard & Poor's downgraded the long-term credit rating of the Company from "BBB-" to "ВВ+", following the downgrading of sovereign ratings of the Republic of Kazakhstan and credit rating of National company KazMunayGaz JSC.
