/KASE, February 16, 15/ – Alatau Zharyk Company JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated February 9, 2015 according to which the National Bank approved the
report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y05E368 (KZ2C00001907, KASE official
list, category "debt securities of entities of quasi-public sector", AZHKb1) of
Alatau Zharyk Company JSC for the period from June 28 to December 27, 2014.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
period under review; as of December 27, 2014 19,048 bonds remained unplaced.
