/KASE, December 26, 14/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission as of December 25, 2014,
bonds KZP01Y05E848 (KZ2C00003044; KZT1,000, KZT21.0 bn; 5 years, fixed
semi-annual coupon 7.5 % p.a., 30/360) of Kazakhtelecom JSC (Astana) were
included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of December 26, 2014 after the
named issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
Kazkommerts Securities JSC (subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank JSC) (Almaty) is the
financial advisor and underwriter of Kazakhtelecom JSC.
Subsidiary organization Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC
(Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) KZTKb3.
