Bonds KZP01Y05E848 (KZ2C00003044, KZTKb3) of Kazakhtelecom underwent listing procedure on KASE by Rated Debt Securities category

/KASE, December 25, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission as of December 25, 2014, bonds KZP01Y05E848 (KZ2C00003044; KZT1,000, KZT21.0 bn; 5 years, fixed semi-annual coupon 7.5 % p.a., 30/360) of Kazakhtelecom JSC (Astana) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the named issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issue of the mentioned bonds is the first one under the first bond program registered by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on December 25, 2014 to the total amount of KZT90.0 bn and the third issue of the said issuer's "internal" bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. Kazkommerts Securities JSC (subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank JSC) (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of Kazakhtelecom JSC. Subsidiary organization Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) KZTKb3.
