As of December 12, 2014 ordinary shares KZ1C58880010 (KZ1C00000777, KZPD) of KazPetroDrilling removed from KASE official list at issuer request

/KASE, December 12, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission, as of December 12, 2014 ordinary shares KZ1C58880010 (KZ1C00000777, KZPD) of KazPetroDrilling JSC (Almaty) are removed from KASE official list at request of their issuer. In KASE conclusion of December 5, 2014 it is said that KASE received from "KazPetroDrilling" JSC the following documents: - an application of December 4, 2014 for deliberate delisting of the mentioned shares; - a copy of the registry of holders of the mentioned shares according to which as of November 27, 2014 DOSTAR OIL SERVICE LLP (Almaty; 70 % of the total number of outstanding shares of KazPetroDrilling JSC), EUROASIA CONSTRUCTION LLP (Almaty; 15 %) and Eskendir Sattybaev (Almaty; 15 %) were shareholders of KazPetroDrilling JSC; - an extract from the minutes of the meeting of KazPetroDrilling JSC shareholders held on November 28, 2014 where a decision was taken on deliberate delisting of the mentioned shares. Based on the above-mentioned and in accordance with sub-item 1) item 1 of article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the mentioned shares were delisted. The mentioned shares were included in KASE official list's third category as of June 1, 2012. Trade in them opened as of August 24, 2012.
