/KASE, December 11, 14/ – Insurance company "Kommesk-Omir" JSC (Almaty,
hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of November 28, 2014 on
approval of the report on results of offering of the company's shares in the
period from March 11 to September 11, 2014.
According to the letter provided, no shares of the company were offered in the
reporting period; as of September 11, 2014 107,600 ordinary shares of the
company remained unplaced.
