/IRBIS, Apr. 28, 00/ - The Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan (MOF) has successfully floated twelfth issue of NSB (12/00, KZ4CL2704A12) with volume KZT170 mln through the mediation of two agents: Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan (share - KZT100 mln) and JSC Kazkommertsbank (KZT70 mln). Emission date - Apr. 27, 2000. Date of repayment - Apr. 27, 2001. Circulation term - 364 days.

Yield of the first coupon defined by the floatation results of MEKKAM-3 conducted on Apr. 10 (emission 262, KZ43L1307A05) and equal 15.07%. Subscription has been conducted during April 14-24.
