/KASE, October 24, 14/ – National company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

... on early termination of powers of the following members of the Board of Directors of joint-stock company National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy:

1) Marat Orazbekov director for management of transport assets of Samruk-Kazyna. Representative of the sole Shareholder;

2) Zhenis Kasymbek – Minister of transport and communications of Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) Nigmatzhan Isingarin, independent director;

4) Walton Kris, independent director.

And on election to the Board of Directors of joint-stock company National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy for the term to expiry of powers of the Board of Directors of joint-stock company National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy as a whole, of the following persons:

1)Kalman Shomodin – independent director;

2)Christian Kuhn – independent director;

3)Jeremy Dru – independent director;

4)Erik Balapanov – as a representative of interests of the sole shareholder – member of the Board of Directors of joint-stock company National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy.
