According to the said extract:

• total number of authorized shares (common shares KZ1C59150017 only) of the company makes up 200,000,000 units;
• all authorized shares of the company are outstanding;
• Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) nominally holds 46,681,562 shares of the company (23.34 % from the total number of the company's outstanding shares);
• persons, each holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the company's outstanding shares, are:
