/KASE, October 15, 14/ – Zhairem Ore Dressing Plant JSC (Karagandy region, Zhairem village, hereinafter – the company), shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of October 1, 2014.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C13590019 of the company is equal to 6,783,460 units, preferred shares KZ1P13590115 – 11,100 units;
• 6,588,624 ordinary shares and 9,689 preferred shares are outstanding;
• the sole person, holding the company shares in the quantity of five or more percent from the total number of outstanding shares is ENRC N.V. (Amsterdam, Netherlands), which owns 6,588,624 company shares (99.85 %from the total number of outstanding shares), including all common and 3,602 preferred shares of the company (37.18 % from the total number of outstanding preferred shares of the company).
