Dealers have against preferred notes to MEKKAM-6. However demand has
appeared not so high. The reason is unwillingness of the National Bank to
increase the drawing rate, which it quite low today practically on all SS.
Working "against market" the National Bank and Ministry of Finance attempt
to force the banks to credit the real sector of economics. It is remarkable,
that the dealers have not attempted to press on the emitter. The National
Bank inflexibility is obvious all have to accept the new rules of game.
The forecasts are easy. The National Bank will use all opportunities to
decrease the notes yield.
