Kcell announces changes in management

/KASE, September 15, 14/ – Kcell JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following information statement of August 14, 2014: quote Joint-stock company "Kcell" (LSE, KASE: KCEL) – a leader of the telecommunications market in Kazakhstan in terms of the share market and number of subscribers, announces that the technical director Rikard Slunga will be temporarily appointed the chief executive officer of the company after receipt of the appropriate permit. Ali Agan, the current chief executive officer of Kcell, has informed the Board of Directors of the joint-stock company that he leaves the company as of September 30, 2014 for new opportunities in his career development. The Board of Directors immediately starts searching for an eligible candidate for appointment to this position.
