LLP FC "MINARET GROUP SECURITIES" was removed from the members of the Exchange under categories "K", "P" and "H"

/IRBIS, Apr.4, 00/ - By the decision of the Board of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) #28/0 of April 4, 2000, limited liability partnership "Foreign company "MINARET GROUP SECURITIES" was removed from the members of the Exchange under categories "K" (with the right to participate in trades in state securities that circulate at the Exchange), "P" (with the right to participate in trades in private issue securities entered into official list of the Exchange) and "H" (with the right to participate in trades in private issue securities that are allowed to circulate (to be traded) in "Non-listing securities" sector of the Trade system of the Exchange, and in state blocks of shares of the companies being privatized) from April 4, 2000. The decision was based on the resolution of the National securities commission of Kazakhstan #577, dated March 16, 2000 on canceling the license #20030152 issued to LLP FC "MINARET GROUP SECURITIES" on May 25, 1998 to conduct brokerage and dealing activities on the stock market with the right to handle client accounts as a nominal holder. The company was debarred from the securities trades of the Exchange from May 13, 1999 because the company did not settle its debt to the Exchange on monthly membership fees and was freed from paying membership fees from June 1, 1999.
