OJSC "Kazpost" is allowed to participate the trades in state securities and was removed from the members of the Exchange under categories "P" and "H"

/IRBIS, Apr.4, 00/ - By the decision of the Board of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) #28/0 of April 4, 2000, OJSC "Kazpost" is allowed to participate the trades in state securities and was removed from the members of the Exchange under categories "P" (with the right to participate in trades in private issue securities entered into official list of the Exchange) and "H" (with the right to participate in trades in private issue securities that are allowed to circulate (to be traded) in "Non-listing securities" sector of the Trade system of the Exchange, and in state blocks of shares of the companies being privatized) from April 4, 2000. The decision of the Exchange council of April 3, 2000 (protocol #4) and the fact that the license #0401200225 was granted to OJSC "Kazpost" by the National securtiies commission of Kazakhstan to conduct brokerage and dealing activities on the stock market with state securities only became the grounds for this decision.
